ABOUT BLACKOUT IMPROV
Blackout is an all-Black troupe that has redefined the improv scene in the Twin Cities. Our flagship format, Swag Hat, is rooted in honest conversation between performers on topics suggested by the audience that gets spun into improvised theater. Together, we often create comedic dialogue around serious truths, and we always spread joy while doing it. Hannah Rey (They/She) is a Minnesota born and raised musician currently living in Duluth and playing venues up and down the shores of Lake Superior.
